What is our returns policy?

Once your order has been received, you have 14 days in which to return unwanted items for an exchange or refund. Your order will contain an easy to use returns slip. Please do ensure the following requirements are met:

1. Any products must be returned in original condition. There will be 50% charge if it comes with perfume, lipstick, your damage. All goods are thoroughly inspected on return. 

2. We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition and within the correct time period(14 days). In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.

3. You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (excluding the shipping charge).

4. The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your returns postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

5. Please note it may take up to 3~5 working days from the date we receive your items back to process your refund.

6. Promotion items is not accepted for return or exchange.

How do I return an item?

Step 1: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to return on your returns note.,pls check our RETURN ADDRESS

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging (where possible), with the tags still attached.

Step 3: pls tell us the carrier and tracking number when you return it . we can keep attention on it

Don't forget to keep proof of return or tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We can attempt to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing, please chat below ASAP to request this. After this time we can't cancel before delivery, but you can return unworn items for free within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please chat below ASAP. But pls change within 12 hours

When will I get my refund?

Don't forget to let us know which return method you used.The return time depends on your return way .We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
